FPS cap override in Special K

I’m a loyal user of Specialk since many years ago and now I’ve noticed that there is no way of set the FPS cap when there are some env vars that this tool is reading. It seems that when using Sunshine stream or other apps, Specialk doesnt respect the user settings from its ini file and it works on its own, according to the hardcoded Kaldaien particular settings.

I want to know if there is any way to fix this and set a fixed fps limit according to the user needs and desire.

Thanks in advance,

I’ll use a particular example to provide a better understanding of the issue:

You have a setup with Sunshine stream and the Moonlight client is configured for 1080p@60hz. Then you want that a game with a SpecialK local install has a 30 fps limit, so you put that value into the ini file or by using the sk GUI inside the game itself. It doesn’t work because Specialk decides to use the Sunshine setting and not the settings from the user for SK
