Anyone have any tips for getting HDR to work in endless space 2. No matter what I try if HDR is enabled the screen just becomes black. I can access special k and mess with the settings, the game plays audio, and I can even click on the options. Yet for whatever reason no matter what if HDR is on it’s just a black screen.
Have you tried enabling any of the HDR remastering options? BioShock Remastered had an issue like you described and it was solved by enabling 8-bit remastering in the HDR widget and restarting the game.
Yes, nothing works, I’ve tried every combination of 8bit-10bit-11bit you can do and nothing works. Just a plain black screen
Sounds like the game simply isn’t compatible with SK’s HDR retrofit, sadly.
